You will use your ticket number as reference from start to finish. Please review the information and check your email for your printable work order.
The WORK ORDER or Quote Request will contain your ticket number for tracking. DO NOT LOSE IT! If you are shipping your weapon to us, then PLEASE print the email that we send to you and include it with your weapon.
As with anything electronic, sometimes things happen, if you do not receive your work order request in your email:
1) Check your SPAM folder
2) Check your deleted or trash folder
